If you haven’t received enough compliments on your new outfit, you can simply return the item(s) to us following the regulations below:

  • Items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers - more or less the same as if you had tried them on in a store - and that items must still have the original tags on them.
  • Once received by us, returned item(s) will be inspected by our quality control team. A refund will not be processable if the item(s) being worn, washed or missing any labels, the affected item(s) will be returned back to you.
  • If you wish to return an item(s), be sure to send us an email through our ‘contact us’ form with your name, order number, barcode number of the item(s) and the reason why!
  • Reimbursement for orders paid in cash will always be refunded only via your wallet balance or Fawry.
  • Returning an item(s) can be valid within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to return or exchange an item successfully, be sure to address the steps above.
  • Processing Refunds can take up to 14 days.
  • Refunds will be only on the cost of products. Any shipping or processing fees will not be refunded.
  • Refunds through Fawry will be subject to payment fees and can reach up to 5% of the refunded amount.

  • Repeated Returns

    We want you to enjoy fashion with the luxury of technology and have a flexible return policy, however, we do monitor the rate of returns per customer, and we may refuse to send out orders of our discretion if items are returned repeatedly.


    Can I exchange an item/ order?

    We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your package and order again. Your refund will be processed as soon as we get your items back.
