What types of payment do you accept?

BRANTU accepts cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, and you can pay in Cash on delivery. You may also pay with Reward points or BRANTU wallet.

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?

No. All items on are tax inclusive. The price you see on the item is the price you’ll end up paying.

My coupon code did not apply, can i still add it although my order has been placed?

Please contact BRANTU customer support to verify that your coupon code is valid. Most promotions are advertised on our site. If you have received a personal code via an email and it did not apply, please contact BRANTU customer support immediately after your order has been placed. (PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS THAT HAVE EXPIRED WILL NOT BE APPLIED).

Coupons can be added to your order if the order is still being processed. Usually this process takes up to 2 days after placing your order. After 2 days, we won’t be able to apply the coupon on the placed order.

What currency does BRANTU use?

All prices and payments on BRANTU are done in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

How do I check the balance in my BRANTU wallet?

You need to sign-in your Account in BRANTU App or Website and go to your profile. There, in the “Wallet & Rewards” tab, you shall be able to see the BRANTU Credit Balance amount or reward points.

How do I use my credit on BRANTU wallet while placing an order?

While placing an order, you can enable the option to use your BRANTU credit in the order confirmation step before the Order placement step of the order.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on the confirmation page before order placement. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons will be available under the “Coupons” tab available in the footer of the website or in your settings Settings > Coupons in the App or website.
